Jason M. Fishpaw, M.A. SPHR

With the heart of a teacher, Mr. Fishpaw's relationship-focus is the hallmark of his success. He expertly balances the needs of the organization and its members in such a way the result is an informed and engaged workforce that embraces the organizational process. For over 20 years, Mr. Fishpaw has worked as a Consultant with a wide variety of organizations and industries - from metal fabricators to marketing firms, and from manufacturing and distribution to hospitality. During this time, he has obtained a wide range of expertise in both the organizational side of Human Resources Management and the industrial side of EOHS Management. Mr. Fishpaw received both his Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University. Specialties include Performance Management, Training, Safety, Employee Benefits, and DOL Compliance. Mr. Fishpaw actively contributes to his community through coaching youth sports, volunteering at Greenhouse Ministries, and as a member of New Vision Baptist Church.
